Great location with easy access to food and basic amenities. Good clean neat room. The housekeeping did a fab job daily. The receptionists are very warm and welcoming. They were generally very helpful as well. If I ever come to Melbourne again, this is a hotel I'd definitely go back to especially because of its prime location and clean room.

Location is good--- few minutes away from tram stops at Elizabeth and Collins Street. Walking distance to Flinders St Station The hotel is adjacent to Dodee Paidang which is a popular chain of Thai restos in Melbourne Staff are responsive in terms of changing the bed sheets and lending us some cutleries

The location is excellent for those wanting to explore the CBD. There is also a tram stop nearby and it is a short walk to Flinders station. The room was simple, but had everything we needed and it was clean. The reception staff were extremely helpful and we were given some discount vouchers for the Blahnik cafe in the laneway, excellent food!

Very clean, able to cast your streaming services to the tv, great friendly workers! Location is smack bang in the middle of everything and right near free tram station as well! Bathroom was spacious and shower was good and roomy and there is a Thai restaurant right in the basement which you can order from a QR code if you just want to grab it to go back to your room or dine food was delicious and didn’t wait long! Will definitely be back to stay in the future

Staff were extremely helpful, we had requested a room with a bathtub but were allocated a room with a shower, we went down and spoke with the staff and they fixed the issue within minutes. Every other time we interacted with the staff there they were always polite and helpful. The location is really good with easy access to trams and trains, there are also plenty of great places to eat close by, we will definitely book there again next time we are in Melbourne

The hotel is like the Tardis - huge once you're inside, but tiny from the outside, the entrance hidden in a small but busy alley, surrounded by great restaurants. The room was large and the bed enormous, all very nice and comfortable. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, once we were checked in. Also there were laundry facilities available.

It had everything at the Door! So many cafes, restaurants, public transport and events, Art galleries, Museums, & parks! I loved the café culture. It was clean and tidy with comfortable bed and great room servicing with nice friendly staff.

Location, convenience, access to the city, beautiful location, great restaurants nearby, great sized rooms, good desk for working, comfy bed, great shower, good sized bathroom, secure, air conditioning, had a fridge and a safe for valuables. Great location to go for a walk each morning, close to great shopping! Overall, an excellent place to stay. Will definitely stay again when back in Melbourne!!!
